City Manager
Lanier has worked for the City of Elberton for 9 years
and has served as City Manager for 4 years. Lanier is a
graduate of the University of Georgia and Brenau
University where he completed a Master of Business
Administration degree. Lanier is a Certified Public
Accountant and previously served as the City’s Business
Manager and Controller.

served as Director of Utilities for 10 years.
Previously David was the Electric and Water
Superintendent for 12 years. David is a graduate of the
University of Georgia where he completed a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree. David serves on the
Board of Directors of MEAG Power Distribution Services.

Director of Finance
Lynn has worked for the City of Elberton for 36 years and has
served as Director of Finance for 11 years. She
oversees all aspects of customer service and public
relations for Elberton Utilities. Lynn previously
served as the City’s Human Resources Director for 9
years.

Natural Gas Operations Manager
Charles has worked for the City of Elberton for 24 years
in the Natural Gas Division. He has served as Natural
Gas Operations Manager for 5 years, and also served as
crew foreman and equipment operator.

Byron
has worked for the City of Elberton for 36 years in the
Water/Wastewater Division. He has served as
Water/Wastewater Operations Manager for 15 years, and
also served as crew foreman for 11 years previously.

Director of Electric & Broadband Operations
John has worked for the City of Elberton for 3 years and
has served as Director of Electric and Broadband
Operations for 1 year. John oversees the operation and
maintenance of the HFC system, headend facility and
electric system. He has also served as CATV Technician
and Broadband Operations Manager. |

Brad

recently taken on the responsibility as Electric
Distribution Manager. Brad oversees the distribution of
the electric system. Previously, Brad served as Electric
Lineman and Electric Supervisor.

Purchasing/Materials Manager
Mark
has worked for the City of Elberton for 22 years and has
served as Purchasing/Materials Manager for 12 years.
Mark oversees the combined warehousing for all division
of Elberton Utilities and ElbertonNET. Previously, Mark
worked in the Natural Gas Division.
