Lanier Dunn, CPA
City Manager

Lanier has worked for the City of Elberton for 7 years and has served as City Manager for 2 years.  Lanier is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Brenau University where he completed a Master of Business Administration degree.  Lanier is a Certified Public Accountant and previously served as the City’s Business Manager and Controller.
     

 

David Hudson
Director of Utilities 

David has worked for the City of Elberton for 27 years and has served as Director of Utilities for 8 years.  Previously David was the Electric and Water Superintendent for 12 years.  David is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  David serves on the Board of Directors of MEAG Power Distribution Services.
     

 

 

Lynn F. Saxon
Director of Finance 

Lynn has worked for the City of Elberton for 34 years and has served as Director of Finance for 10 years.  She oversees all aspects of customer service and public relations for Elberton Utilities.  Lynn previously served as the City’s Human Resources Director for 9 years.

 
     

 

 

Ron Ethridge
Electric Operations Manager 

Ron has worked for the City of Elberton for 7 years and has served as Electric Operations Manager for 2 years.  He has 18 years of experience in electric distribution and construction, and was previously employed by Hart Electric Membership Corporation.

 
     

 

 

Charles Truitt
Natural Gas Operations Manager 

Charles has worked for the City of Elberton for 22 years in the Natural Gas Division.  He has served as Natural Gas Operations Manager for 3 years, and also served as crew foreman and equipment operator.

 
     

 

 

Byron Stovall
Water/Wastewater Operations Manager 

Byron has worked for the City of Elberton for 34 years in the Water/Wastewater Division.  He has served as Water/Wastewater Operations Manager for 13 years, and also served as crew foreman for 11 years previously. 

 
     

 

 

Mark LeFevre
Purchasing/Materials Manager 

Mark LeFevre has worked for the City of Elberton for 20 years and has served as Purchasing/Materials Manager for 10 years.  Mark oversees the combined warehousing for all division of Elberton Utilities and ElbertonNET.  Previously, Mark worked in the Natural Gas Division.
